THE DOCK: A Seafood Shack Comes to FoodHall

“The Dock is like an East Coast-style seafood shack,” said owner Brett Curtis. “No one in our area does what we do.” The Dock serves seafood sandwiches and tacos, lobster rolls and grinders, crab cakes, salads, soups and sides. Like many FoodHall restaurants, The Dock started as a food truck. The new facility allows Curtis and his crew to expand their menu and operate as a ‘scratch’ kitchen, meaning everything is created on-site, from main dishes to sides like pickles and Asian sea slaw.

“We provide full freshness in everything we do,” said Curtis, a 30-year veteran of the food business, “and layer our flavors for maximum impact.”
