Chefs Caleb & Bryan Lewis

Chef Bryan wasn’t okay with the lack of Liege waffles in DFW, so he set out to make his own. After filling his friends and family with many different recipes, he settled on his favorite, got a food truck, and brought his brother Caleb along for the ride.

Their goal is to spread their delicious waffle concoctions across the country like melted butter.
