A 30-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Chef Curtis has worked at his share of both independent and corporate restaurants. He’s taught his skills to wide-eyed chefs in training and has helped national restaurant chains find their culinary identities.

He may not be a native Texan, but his passion for hospitality and superior food says otherwise.
